When my father had died, due to emotional reasons, we had doubts on this, but now we do not have any doubts so there is no need to investigate in this case.
He further said, “At the time of my father’s death, I was only 17 years old. At that time I did not know this case better. We want to get out of this. We must stop intimidating and harassing. In this case my family is being harassed. I appeal to politicians that do not politics on the death of the judge. My Father’s death was due to a heart attack.”

Judge Loya went to the marriage of her colleague’s daughter in Nagpur on December 1, 2014. There, he died in a suspicious condition. This case came in the headlines when in November last year, Loya’s sister linked this case to the Sohrabuddin case, expressing her doubts about the circumstances of his death.
