No Reservation In Government Job Promotion
Promotion of state government employee is in danger by the verdict of Bombay High Court. The Bombay High Court on Friday dismissed the proposal (GR) to give promotion under the government service of the Maharashtra government under reservation.
In this regard, the Bombay High Court has banned the government order for 12 weeks. The court also said that if anyone wants to appeal against this order in the Supreme Court, then he can do it.
