Can I place a digital screen for Advertisements inside a public vehicle like a cab, auto or bus with owner's permission, such that the display doesn't obstruct/distract the vehicle driver or public/traffic outside the vehicle? What are associated laws and permissions to implement this? Is it illegal in any state of India? Thank you in advance
