I deserted IAF on 24 Dec 14 due to my personal reasons and I apprehended by IAF on 26 May 2015. After that charge trail completed and ordered soe in 2017, I got a warning letter stating that you will be tried by DCM on 3 Nov 17, dcm completed and sentenced me to undergo 3 months detention. After that on 18 Jan 2018 they reassemd the DCM to revise my sentence DCM completed and sentenced 5 months and dismissed from service wat can I do now plz help

Dear Sir, If there is provision you may go in revision before higher authorities in your department or challenge the same before High Court.
