Dear Sir/Mam, I have credit card bill duesfrom last 2-3 month and I am unable to pay that bill because of my financial crises! And bank sent collection agency to collect that dues. So what should I do ?

Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this case you may approach the bank and discuss about your problem with them and ask them to provide we you extension for certain period. If it does not work out then you may file harassment complain against the authority
