Succession Letter For My Father

Hello, I am a hier of my parents property, and have obtain succession letter from superior court from Montreal Canada, my father's bank account is in State bank, we are 3 heirs of our parents property, however besides myself my siblings are not reacting / cooperating to this bank account, its probably its costly to go to bank. all 3 of us are in Canada, we dont have each other's contact as we have a bitter relationship with each other. therefore I filed a case in Quebec Canada to obtain a succession authority of my father's property, after 3-4 months I received the succession letter from court of Quebec, that I am the official successor (liquidator) of My father's property. this letter is not accepted by bank , However, ICICI bank and India Post have accepted it and they transfered to my account. SBI have just made their own rule after visiting to bank and said the succession certificate from foreign court will have to be attested by any state court in India. pls advs thank you
