Company Delaying Interest On Fixed Deposit Issued Under CADR 2014

Omaxe FD delaying interest on fixed deposit issued under Company Acceptance of Deposit Rules ( CADR 2014) of Company's Act by almost 3 months. Where & how can I file a complaint for resolution? Delay is for successive 3rd quarter & the number of delayed days is increasing by every quarter. Depositors are senior citizen couples. we have sent several detailed emails & one registered post requesting our payment citing the health & age issue of depositors but neither they respond nor pick phone calls. Kindly guide us.
