My DIN disqualified due to the non-filing of ROC in one of my companies. Now in my CORE company, one director appointed his wife as a director. Now I got Court order from MADRAS High Court for the same. How can I get my power back? Is it Legal what my Co-director has done? Let me a possible way to get into the company. He has done so many changes in Resolution and even in shareholdings. My Family is having 50% shares. kindly advice.

Dear Sir, ROC suppose to be given you notice u/s*Phone*for the strike off the name for non providing details to ROC, Now the fresh petition need to be file with NCLT for the revival of the strike off name.
