My earlier company is not providing me my Full and Final Settlement amount. As per Offer letter FnF should be provided within 45 days, but in my case its been over 100 days now. I have been regularly been contacting the HR, but he keeps on giving lame reason for delay and fake promises. Even tried to initiate this to higher authorities but no use as of now. Please suggest what can be done as the FnF is not a small amount for me.

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice and also approach Labor Commissioner and also put your issue on social network.
