what is the condition as till how long they imposed the condition and whether they will pay during that time if no then they can not impose any such condition to prevent you to work for your life

Dear Client, Need to check the contract which you had signed with the terms and condition. It's might be a Non Disclosure Agreement which will hamper and give penalty clause.

If you have no connection with the Company and have started Your own independent work. Then under the private arrangements you can accept the responsibilities of undertaking the repairs on the basis of a private contract. Which will be outside the preview of the Company.
