Compensation For Attending Hearing

Sir/Madam I am working in construction company since 01 August 2014 at Ramban Jammu & Kashmir company is Mumbai based and now i resigned from the service of the company on 12/10/2019 and my last working day is 11 November 2019. During working period on 28/04/2016 some workers entered company premises and attacked at admin staff and later they launched case against 04 admin staff under section 324,341 now court hearing is continue but i got exemption from court for attending hearing till further orders. I write in my resignation letter that " i already got exemption from court but as and when court call me for appearance or any other act related to that case in that case complete financial liability for attending hearing(Total work days lost + Travelling expenses from current place of residence ) will be fully paid by Company. Now company DGM threatening(Orally) that you can write fresh resignation and remove that line otherwise we will terminate you on false background and your career will over.I write this lines for my safety that in future company advocate will remove my exemption and may be every month i will loss my 04 working days for attending hearing.
