    1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount (Full & Final) along with the interest, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a labour case under the ID act 3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence

    To begin with manage to send a legal notice in detail describing the circumstances to Company and all of its directors. If not resolved then approach the labour conciliation Inspector and other concerned officials and get the matter settled. Last resort should be the Labour Court which will fix the problem and get the grievance redress finally. But be quick and get it done. You have a good case and you will succeed.
