Draft An Agreement

The work required is as below: 1. A work agreement between a possible marketing and business development individual working out of Europe for new business and cross sell. 2. I will share few agreement points that need to be covered. These are the minimum number of points that need to be covered. 3. You may use standard templates as well. 4. Once the drafting is done, we would need one discussion to explain the same to the other party. This communication will be in English. I would assume anyone in your team to go over the same. 5. NDA to be inherent party of the agreement.
