    Sir, kindly send your employer a legal notice and legal notice should include all the necessary clauses which are mentioned in the offer letter in return they might send you a legal notice too alleging you that you have stolen there data. Employer generally do this to harass employee but you have engage in legal battle. If you wish to pursue a case that can be filled in District court or labour court depending on the company on industry you work but fir now hire an advocate and send legal notice without wasting time.
