    Tell briefly how you affected.. If physical assault police action can be taken.. it's not the particular officer but company (a separate legal entity) is responsible, its bylaw fix's the responsibility on a particular official.. for further assistance book for consultation..

    This is in further response to you: 1. Your company is primarily liable; 2. Then your employer and/or your manger liable; 3. Thirdly the HR is finally responsible for your safety; 4. Anything that happens "during the course of your employment" the company is liable.

But the law is clear on "during the time of employment"... which states that only during the time of employment you are hurt or mishap happens then only the employer will take responsibility; 3. State full facts of your case.
