I am into a real estate business, my plan is to start a scheme and run a lucky draw, 500 - 1000 winner will be rewarded with a site. coupon fee would be 999. The winners just need to bear registration charges. Can we run this scheme in Karnataka? we will collect coupons from approx 2,00,000 people's.
