It is a very long time taking process. There are many formalities. Better you approach a CA.

it is a long process.. first submit form 29 to mca and after approval u have to apply for a company name and after verification, if there is no company name in the name u applied, they will give approval to ur company name and afterwards u hav to submit more forms like form 22 , form 7 etc... wat is ur capital investment?
