can service bond in an organisation be non-depreciating?. Let me explain you more. suppose X has joined an organisation say public sector organisation, and signed a bond of say n years. if he wants to quit in between will he have to pay all the bond money or it would be depreciated over a period of time he has worked for! please give me legal clarification.

bonds are void under indian contract act... the organisation may only take what they spend on you .... uh.may join another company at any time after giving resignation Nd completing notice period...
