If two parties who are under mediation process meet outside court and sign a term of mediation and then one of the party backs out from the terms in front of mediation court. then can the other party has any legal benefit. Does this signed deed hold any legal value in court and breaching it would be punishable?

Dear Sir, Both the parties must present before the Court and signed in the court order sheet then only it will be valid.
