Regarding Bond In Organisation.

I am working in a Public sector unit. Here I have signed a bond of 5 lacs for 5 yrs excluding training period which becomes a total of 6 six. Here my HR says that bond is non-depreciating. My question is that can any bond be non-depreciating in nature or it must be depreciating. As I have completed 4.5 years of service shall I have to pay total bond money i.e 5 lacs if I leave the company today.
