Transmission Of Shares In The Name Of Third Party

My grandfather raised a registered WILL which came into force after his dismissal. In the WILL he nominated my grandmother as a nominee for the shares acquired by him in his lifetime. But the shares did not transfer in her name. Later, my grandmother also raised a registered WILL. Which came into force after her dismissal as well. In her WILL she mentioned my name ( Grandson) as a sole nominee for the shares acquired by her and also for the shares in which she was nominated by her husband (My Grandfather). The issue is I am not able to provide the succession certificate. The value of shares is more than 2,00,000 rupees.
