Parallel Business With Job

I work in an IT company as a Project Manager. I want to start my own business of life coaching. Is it allowed based on my company's employment agreement? Here is the text from the agreement - "You represent that your performance of all the terms of this Agreement and as an employee of <company name> does not and will| not breach any agreement to keep in confidence information acquired by you in confidence or in trust prior to your employment by <company name> You have not entered into, and you agree you will not enter into, any agreement either written or oral in conflict herewith. During the period of your employment by <company name>, you will not engage in any employment or business activity that is competitive with, or would otherwise conflict with, your employment by <company name>. You will also not engage in any activity or enter into any agreement which interferes with your ability to satisfactorily perform the duties and responsibilities expected of you by <company name>."
