1. you can serve the company a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount (salary) along with the interest, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a court case, 3. you can also claim appropriate compensation on account of mental harassment, pain, agony, etc., however, this is not the right time to claim the compensation since the inquiry is pending. 4. once the inquiry is finished you can claim the compensation since during the pendency they can prepare a false base to indulge your husband in the matter,
u should take legal action if anything not found against ur husband. u can send legal notice for the compensation if company not giving the reply of legal notice. u file case against them in labour court. do contact for further consultation. thank u
