Web Development Company Fraud

I wanted to develop a grocery application for mobile and talked with one development company regarding it, I have got a quotation for the project and the estimated time was 45 days with the pricing of 90 Indian rupees. But it has been 7 months and I didn't get my project. I have already paid (60k ) to the company but the project is not done. They have sent me a demo app of my project but it's full of bugs and issues. And whenever I ask them to fix the issues and finish the project they will tell me tomorrow or next week it will be done, but they never work properly. And I still didn't get the final app with the features I required.
