Dear Ram You can apply for the same certificate by visiting office of collector/SDM or apply online in case the same facility is available in a particular state. You have to attach required documents with the application form for issuing caste certificate. If you have migrated to other state you have to mention the same in application form. You have to attach photocopy of case certificate issued in your father name or any blood relatives.
