During the recent republic day, i received few messages on WhatsApp. These were images with Indian Flag and messages/other images super imposed on them. As per my layman\'s understanding of the Indian Flag Code, these images are violating the Indian Flag Code. Kindly let me know if these images are legal or illegal.
