I would like to file a PIL and would like assistance. Case: If anyone is not able to give his/her exam as he is sympotatic ( COVID 19) should he/she not get any relaxation in age or provided with a separate exam center to not lose his/her chance as it can ve his/her last chance as well. Is this not hindering their Fundamental rights.
