Is punishment for any crime different for a minority compared to a majority Hindu. Does Article 14 and 15 provisions giving a lower punishment on the basis of unequal parties.

Punishment is equal for every person irrespective of caste, creed and culture or religion. No reservations for minority to give less punishment.

Dear Sir, Indian Penal Code do not recognize different punishments for different category of people. Punishment is same for every Citizen of India.
