what if Special Leave petition dismissed as withdrawn by Supreme court - when Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the special leave petition,does petitoners or respondents can again file any kind of petitions with similar issues in supreme court after Special Leave petition dismissed as withdrawn,what happen Special Leave petition dismissed as withdrawn by supreme court for Annamalai University vs Ashok Kumar Nandy on 3 November, 2017 ,

While withdrawal if he asked any liberty to file new one, then u can file another.. But without such liberty, technically u cannot file SLP and it's final.. However some judge my liberally allow.. attempt for it
