I work in an organization, I have completed 2 years of my service, basic qualification of my post is 10th, I'm a graduate. The next promotion is class iii, it is a seniority-based promotion. The eligibility period is 20 years (no graduation required), I'm a scheduled tribe, there are backlog vacancies in class iii due to non-availability of candidates. Can I avail the benefit of the promotion
