One member of self financing society has filed a consumer complaint under section 72. State consumer Court has passed order in favour of member. Remedy to society as the old managing committee has resigned and new managing body is elected on 24-12-2020. New managing body decided to challenge the execution order and filed an appeal for stay in NCDRC, but the case got disposed off in favour of member. What is the legal remedy for society as the society has land but no cash. Whereas the member want money.
