Yours is a Case of deficiency in service. To initiate the process you should get a legal notice served upon the company and then file a Complaint if the matter is not resolved. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hai, In your case, a breach of contract has occurred. The terms of a contract are what guide the parties in what they must do and how they should do it in order to maintain their promise. If a party does not do what the contract instructs that they do, then the non-breaching party will be allowed to take legal action and can file a lawsuit against them in court. It is most likely that you might get the compensation.
