I have an affair. And it's deeply strong relationship.We both fight and I abuse his mother through words.My partner shared this to one of his friend. That friend don't know that it's a strong relationship. He manipulate my partner mind to leave me and that friend used words like " Is she still alive and you didn't kill her". I have screenshot of his words. So what action I can take against that friend for this type conversation against me?

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case there is not much that you can do ad those talk were private conversations and is protected under right to privacy guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. However, still you can file a complaint against him under Section 509 of the ipc.

In your case you can always file a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against the misbehaved attitude and insulting you under section 509 IPC that is "word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman".
