I have a joint name flat ownership, I am the first owner in the sale deed, the second owner in collaboration with society & new licensee, rent out the flat by making leave & license agreement in the name of second owner only without my knowledge and consent and grabbing all the rent by second owner, what Criminal & Civil options available for me against, co-owner, society & new licensee

It is mandatory to deal jointly with any outsider invthe instant case. U may file cheat case on both of co- owner & society on this rent agreement and civil money sharing specific performance original suit and alert the tenant on this illegal dealing to prevent remitting any further rents to co- owner's account or otherwise by proper mandatory notice.
