Warrant Issue

sir i was a ecommerce seller , 1a fraud buyer did a case on me under ipc 420 , i need to go for hearing on another state since 2006-2024 i been doing i when 5-6 times in 19 years, the case is only getting date after date 10 year back case was disposed but some one restored it ., and now warrant is issue on me to not appear to court , the person who did case took 12000/- lcd which he took that 12000/- back and also he took from me 45000/- as expenses he said he needed, in front of court he said i take my case back but judge sir said this is not game that u he complaint and not may be i have paid some money so he is taking case back, judge was angry i think , now tell me what is solution as every hearing he take 15k but state is far from my place so travel cost rs 15000/- in flight /.
