17 year old kid met a woman in game and shared each others email. Later kid and woman had trouble so kid created a website of his own and posted that "luka will be my next destination if you don't answer " is that kid in danger. The woman to whom he made a threat doesn't know who kid is or where he lives not even know his name and kid used her email to find out her location.

Hi, Provision 507 IPC - This section says that if someone is subjected to criminal intimidation as a result of an anonymous communication, the person making the threats can be imprisoned for up to two years. The offences of anti-bullying and cyberbullying are included in this section due to the phrase anonymous. So if such threat was given then you can reach out to the required authority. Thank you.
