I, the undersigned, had paid INR 897.00 on 8th Nov. 2020 to Wix.com as a subscription for 1 year for my domain prithvisecurity.net. The domain worked for 2 days and stopped suddenly. A person from Wix said that your prithvisecurity.net domain is connected with prithvisecurity.com and for this reason, you have to pay approx. Rs. 200 every month. I am just stunned, because obviously, this may not be my fault. Problem is that now both prithvisecurity.net and prithvisecurity.com is not working. I have contacted with Wix several times, but they demanded money for activating my actual domain i.e., prithvisecurity.net. I lost lots of money everyday, because I got most of my business from website, and it is not working from November 2020. In this case, I cannot understand what action I should take against this company. Wix has one office in Delhi ( WIX COM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Level S 2 , American Plaza Nehru Place, New Delhi South Delhi DL 110019 IN).
