Mrs Radha As per the latest decision of SC, any type of spying through CCTV/any medium without the knowledge of the wife is a clear infringement of the wife right to privacy. Your husband can't do the same. You have the legal right to file a complaint, but it is better and advisable to try to sort out the matter by taking your husband in your confidence. For more information consult me.
