While I was downloading vulgar mobile application(full body scanner- where it reveals women body part while taking pic of her), my mobile got hacked. I have done FIR regarding this. So, will police trouble me also for downloading that type of vulgar app? And if main culprit will caught by the police then during court session, I have to also go to court regulary as a victim? And if i told judge that I was downloading vulgar mobile application, then will judge sir also put some IPC section against me?

There is no FIR against you till now. So, you concentrate in your UPSC exams. Regarding lodging a complaint against hackers you must take legal consultation online for better advice!!!!

You need not worry...you have not committed any crime...that's the feature of the app. By registering of FIR you have done a good job because no one cares about these small things in this fast moving life.
