I was downloading full body scanner mobile application, where it reveals nude image while taking the picture of women... While downloading that mobile application, my mobile got hack. So, should I have to file FIR regarding this cyber crime? I'm afraid that police will put FIR against me for downloading these types of vulgar mobile application which are treat to women i. Society.. Even after if I do FIR regarding this, will it creates any problem for me in future that why I'm downloading these mobile application?

Dear Client, There is no need to worry. Since, you have only downloaded a body scanner app, there will be no legal consequences and the police cannot file FIR against you. There is no need to file FIR. If at all, you feel it is necessary, you can file an online cyber complaint
