Fraudulent Transactions

On 23rd Sept 2020, I have lost INR 5 lacs from Axis Bank account as fraudulent transactions. Money was transferred in IMPS mode (using a mobile number to PayTM wallet ) in five times each of INR 1 Lacs with 7 minutes time. I immediately sent email and rushed to nearby branch to report and also lodged FIR to near cybercrime PS. When the bank refused to pay this amount saying that this is mistake from my side as I have shared my credentials. Though in reality, I have not shared any details of my credentials. Then I filed a complaint to RBI and it was registered on 31st Dec 2020. Now after almost 6 months ( June ), I can see status at RBI website as complaint closed under action clause 13 (1) (a) But whenever I want to click to 'file an appeal ' I can see this message: Appeal can be raised only after the Complaint status is 'Closed' and Complaint is closed under Appealable Clauses of the Ombudsman Scheme. How do I proceed now?
