Do file a police complaint. Of course they won't receive. After the court opens based on this complaint you can file a suit in civil proceedings seeking due process of law.

Dear Sir, You are correct. Police are busy with their COVID 19 duties. Better send complaint on email to all the concerned police offices and also to the Police Commissioner Office and if possible by registered post and a legal notice to the Head office of the bank etc. THEY CAN ONLY GIVE THREATENING CALLS NOTHING MORE JUST SWITCH WHENEVER POSSIBLE. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow Me.
