I got a call from someone saying they are from Amazon sales and promotions team. And they told me that I have won an iPhone 11 because there was some promotions running behind the last purchase I made. They told me specifics of the last 2 purchases and my saved address on the Amazon App. I thought they are genuine. They asked me to pay Rs. 500 via amazon pay and I will get the prize. I paid them and then they asked to pay more. I realized this is fraud and didn't pay anything else. How can I register a complaint and get my rs.5000 back?

You need to contact the local Cyber Crime cell of local police and make an on-line complaint with them they will get an FIR registered and also will initiate the process . Go to online police website ,there look for cyber complaint and then write and annexed if required any document then submit. also go to your nearest PS and register a Complaint in written there . take update after ward .Police will initiate legal action against them. once this start then only can you will be at right way get relief
