A married cousin in another country (East Asia) had been chasing me for an intimate relationship. After a while I gave in but one year later I realized I wanted to quit and so left. However, he wants to extract revenge on me for leaving. First, he sent intimate photos of us to my sister. I don't know what he plans to do next. I'm scared he may post my private photos on a pornographic site or else share intimate photos with relatives. In the past he also threatened us saying he will ruin my future and that my sisters days are numbered for calling him a pervert. Please help as Im having sleepless nights over this.

File a written complaint with the cyber crime cell of any jurisdiction.Victims of cyber-blackmail can also anonymously report the offense at www.cybercrime.gov.in. If the victim has reported the incident online at www.cybercrime.gov.in The complaint will be handled by the respective police authorities of the States

Hi, Since he has already circulated your private pictures to your sister he can be criminally held liable under Section 354 (c), 500, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.
