Online Iq Option Binary Trading Fraud

I am from Bangalore and I have been trading in the Binary market online website called Iqoption.com. One day a person contacted me online and gave his Whatsapp number and told me that he is a professional trader. He told me that he would manage my account and make profits so he said to add 900$ to my account. I added the money and gave my iqoption id and password. First, he replayed and show the profits later after some time he blocked me in Whatsapp, and then when I opened my account it was 0$. Now I don't have the proof that he traded on my account. I only have a chat. Later some time he sent me 15000rs through online payment now again he blocked me, he still has to give 45000rs. He completely lost my money by trading. I know that binary trading is illegal but still he lost my money in my account. I have sent the mail regarding this I still didn't get an email.
