    Talk to your boy-friend and explain him not to take any such action, as he will be behind the bars for this act, as our laws are highly protective for females. And if he still is adamant then you have no other option but to file police complaint against him

    Madam first talk with your family and explain this relationship to them and you have a legal option, even he is not moving back, you can register an FIR against him along with all evidence. if you are facing so harassment by him, you must take strict action against him and you must disclose about the relationship with your parents before happening anything happen wrong.
