Contact the bank and confirm whether the account is regular with the bank and all EMIs have been properly credited in your loan account. Sometime due to change of rate of interest, the EMI changes and EMI is paid at older rate the account will become irregular.You can issue a notice to bank and ask to withdraw the recall notice. If the bank still sticks to the contents of the notice, then it will be considered dispute and cause an action for filing a case.

But i think you should write a mail to the Manager of that branch mentioning your account No. and other personal detail that I am the one who is paying EMI timely still the customer care representative is humiliating by calling me personally. with Immediate effect you will get a response by reply mail. And if you do not get a reply after certain period then take a legal action with the help of a lawyer against the bank and also attach the copy of that mail that they are not responding my mail and continuously humiliating me without any reason.

To initiate the process you have to send a detailed legal notice to the Bank Authorities for proper adjustment of account and intimate the Status. However You have an option to approach the Consumer Court for Redressal of your grievance with interest, costs, damages and inconveniences.
