You can do nothing if you are in private service except leaving it. That is the best option. If you are in Government services you can approach higher authorities but you will face severe charges of incompetence. You can not approach any court or tribunal in this matter. If you do so that will be to your peril. You are not subjected to any type of service illegality. If you file any case that will only defame you.

uh may first try to write a complaint about his acts to the higher authority... if uh doesn't get any relief from it then uh may take this matter to court or labour commissioner... it's depend upon the court what consequences they may face ... but sure uh get the justice Nd compensated for this...
