Since there is a slip on part of the purchaser now the same will be beneficial for you. As the vehicle has not been got transferred you can simply get the vehicle back by making payment. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, Since the transfer ownership form of the RT0 is not filed in this case, you may be able to take the bike back, nevertheless, if the person who you sold it to is able to prove the sale through any financial transaction and show that you are now bailing out on a formal and legal technicality, it might be considered as bad faith. If you find this helpful, please rate us and book a consultation.
