Birth Certificate

Dear Sir, In some States the baby name cannot be added in Birth Certificate.

Where did you gave birth to your child Home or Some Nursing home or Hospital. If you done it in home go to birth and death Register office in your Corporation area to get Certificate. If otherwise collect your admission certificate from the NHome or Hospital they would already inform the Registrar you can get Birth Certificate.

1. you have to apply to the birth registrar for adding name in the certificate

Apply to Municipality of your area with evidence of hospital papers where baby has born.
